Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and original packaging. If a product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, we offer a free replacement or full refund. To request a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp with a photo of the product and your order number. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, return requests are reviewed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
